The International Criminalistic Association publishes a new issue of the journal “Criminalistic Theory and Practice”, prepared by the new Editorial Board of the journal. This issue contains interesting criminalistic topics related to conducting a criminal interview, specifically the specifics of a criminal interview with victims of hate crimes, tactical use of evidence during a criminal interview with a suspect, then a criminalistic topic related to missing persons in which completely new views are given through the established “Rule of life and death” as a basis for the procedure of risk assessment and determining the consequences of disappearances. Also, papers closely related to criminalistic were published, relating to the situation and prospects of juveniles and drug crime in the Republic of Serbia, the Children’s Home in Slovenia and the overall concept of treatment of child victims of sexual abuse in criminal proceedings and data protection in the European Union.
